Global Core Studio ("we", "us") is an AI content and social media marketing studio based in Lahore, Pakistan, serving brands in Canada and the United States. By buying any of our services, you ("the client") agree to the terms below. Questions? Email [email protected].

Terms of Service

1. Services

We create AI-generated images, videos and related content, and provide social media marketing services, based on the package you buy. What each package includes is listed on our pricing page or in your invoice.

2. Payment

All work is paid in full before it starts. Monthly plans are invoiced on the same date each month and paid in advance. Prices are in USD unless your invoice says otherwise.

3. Delivery

Content is usually delivered within 3–5 business days after we receive both payment and your completed brief and product photos. Delays caused by missing information pause the timeline.

4. Revisions

Each delivery includes the revision rounds listed in your package. A revision means changes within the original brief. New concepts, new products or extra rounds may be charged separately.

5. Your materials and accounts

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all photos, logos, trademarks and materials you send us. For marketing services, you give us the access needed to manage your social accounts and ad accounts, and you can remove that access at any time.

6. Usage rights

After full payment, you may use delivered content for any lawful commercial purpose. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

7. AI-generated content

• All content is created with AI tools and then checked by our team.
• Before publishing, you are responsible for checking that products are shown accurately.
• You are responsible for following advertising rules where you publish, including labelling AI-generated people or content where required (for example by platform policies, the FTC in the US or the Competition Bureau in Canada).
• We do not create content that presents AI people as real customers giving reviews or testimonials.

8. Marketing services and ad spend

Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the platform (such as Meta or TikTok) and are not included in our fees. We work to improve your results, but we cannot guarantee specific numbers of followers, sales or returns, because these depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Cancellation

Monthly plans have no long-term contract. Cancel any time by emailing us at least 30 days before your next billing date. Work already paid for will still be delivered.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the month or project concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or sales.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new orders from the date shown above.

Refund Policy

• Before work starts: full refund.
• After work has started: no refunds, but we will keep revising within your package's revision rounds until the content matches your brief.
• After delivery: no refunds. If something is wrong (for example, a product detail is inaccurate), tell us within 7 days and we will fix it at no cost.
• Monthly plans: cancel with 30 days' notice. We don't give partial refunds for unused parts of a month.
• Ad spend is paid to the platform directly and is not refundable by us.

To request a refund or report a problem, email us with your brand name and invoice number.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your name, email, brand name, website or social links, the information you enter in our forms, the product photos and brief you send us, and payment details handled by our payment provider (we never see or store full card numbers).

How we use it

Only to reply to you, deliver our services, send invoices and provide support. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

The tools we need to do the work: AI content tools, file storage, email, scheduling, social media platforms and payment providers. Your product photos are only used to create your content.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop emailing you.
